In many cultures it is common practice for men to work and the women to stay home and take care of the kids. I agree with this role. Your time with your son and your family should come first rather than going for a job. Among the parents the mother has a much larger role to play in a child’s life. My son, Samuel is 10 months old. Since I am there with him through out the day, it is important for me to be a positive and moral role model and example that he can look up to. In this way, I am trying my level best to be a good parent and to be a good wife. It is my role now to be there with him always. I play, sleep, fight, bath, makes him to eat food etc. Remember my son, that I carried you in my womb, fed you and protected you even when I was in pain and suffering even before you were not born. I learned to love more and also the patience because of you. When you started talking, I shall be a good listener. You can share problems and not be secretive about what you do.
This motherhood is a full time career for me. It is my responsibility to take care of you well. Your mamma and daddy are waiting to celebrate your first birthday. I give up my time, my sleep, pleasures etc for you dear Sammy. Mamma finds some time to go for the 'Bharathanatyam' class which is taken under Ms. Mili Arun. I met her in Sylvan park and also mamma, daddy and other 4 people are going to act in a skit. The same skit which papa wrote long back, 'Enne Pooda Patty Aakku'. So I am happy now that I can mingle with many ladies. Daddy is finding time to play, to read books for you etc. He has to study a lot. We are very happy to see you growing. You have now 2 teeth, stands without any support, crawls well, beautiful smile on face. We are trying our level best to take you to the park and to mingle you with other kids. There you have many friends. Some of them are Arjun(Anurima's son), Anand(Karthika's son)etc. You love to see and touch dogs too. We love you baby Samuel. Enjoying this new role-----Proud Parents.
