Teen Life

This is really the toughest phase of life. Not knowing what is right and wrong. Not willing to hear any advices and always think that they are right and even their path too.

RELIGION:

The religion plays in the life of teens varies vastly. Many factors contribute to this variance, including the beliefs of teen's parents, type of exposure etc. In teenage we face many challenges, emotions, competitions, criticisms etc. I got a good exposure in my religion. As a catholic, I used to attend the Sunday mass, catechism classes, active member in christian organizations, extra curricular activities etc. This gave me a positive strength. What I believe to be the most important part of our lives is our Faith. Without it we can have no joy and we can't pray. I strongly believe that there is a super power who created the whole universe and the living beings and we named it as 'God'. And faith in God is a daily necessity whether one feels loneliness and depression, struggling with an illness, taking an examination etc. So this plays a very important role in teenage life.
If we have faith in our religion, parents, good friends, we won't enter into any bad activities such as drinking alcohol, smoking etc. Thus religion plays an important role in teen life.

HORMONES:

It can also play a main role in teen life. As a female,we acquire a womanly shape at puberty. This is the time where we are more aware of us self. We dress up well, achieve new hair styles, put bindhi, kajal etc in order to attract the opposite sex as well as we wish to be a noticeable person in class and everywhere. All these are good. It has a darker side too...Children who were once sweet, helpful and good fun to be around turn into grunting creatures because of these hormones. So always hold on our faith, respect our parents and be friendly to our friends. In my plus 2 education in a CBSE school, I had lots to study. Beginning I was very weak in Physics and English. I didn't like my physics teacher. So I hated to concentrate on that subject. See this is also a teenage problem:) But I like my English lecturer. I was weak in English because I moved from a state education to CBSE after 10th class. With great effort I studied that subject and scored very good marks in English during my final exam. Thus we should be able to overcome the stress hormones too in studies as well as in many other fields...
